Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or on capture day. Your shoot date is not secured until payment is received.

We serve the Atlanta Metro area. Properties requiring extended travel outside the metro may include a travel fee, but we'll confirm this upfront during your discovery call so there are no surprises.

Yes. For construction progress clients with recurring monthly or milestone-based shoots, we offer retainer pricing that locks in your rate and keeps your schedule consistent. Ask about this during your call.

Safety and image quality are our top priorities. If conditions are unsafe or will significantly impact results (high winds, rain, heavy overcast), we'll reschedule at no charge. We monitor forecasts closely and will give you as much advance notice as possible.
